In Act 1 of A Doll’s House I felt like it was very interesting between each of the characters. Especially between Nora and her husband Torvald, they have like the weirdest relationship ever. He treats her like she's a little girl, with the way he talks to her and the way he seems to just talk to her. I found it very shocking that a relationship that's suppose to be husband and wife, it's now more like father and daughter. But then it's funny how when her husband is around she tends to just go along with the way he treats her, but then when this Mr. Krogstad comes along, her attitude turns completeley. She turns into this strong, independent woman. I really liked how she turned from being this little girl to an outgoing person.
What hshocked me the most is that Nora actually had to work to save her husband's life. So much of her being treated like a child and her just going along with it, she actually had to get a job and work for the money to pay for the process of saving her husband's life. With everything that has been happening in this play, it had been getting me more and more excited of what will happen next.
